As a community minded company, our mission is to provide extraordinary savings for dedicated Union and Association members, and members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families, across the nation. We extend our appreciation to those entities- who mutually protect the community at large- by offering real rebates and discounts when buying, selling, or financing a home. Through this belief in solidarity and strength in numbers, we give back to the devoted workforce that has supported us and dedicated themselves to our protection everyday. On this united front, we are changing the face of real estate as we know it, and putting the power back into the hands of the homeowner.

Donell is the 4th generation to serve members of organized labor throughout our Nation. Union Strong Homeowners, Inc is honoring a legacy started by her great-grandfather, continued by her grandfather and grandmother and today by her father; all who not only worked side by side with many other Union members, but supported the Unions beliefs by holding various positions of office at the local, regional and International level.
In her words, "This is my heritage, my legacy to honor. I have been blessed with an amazing life, due to the Unions who have always supported my family members ensuring their wages, benefits and rights were protected. Today, I know the generous life I lived as a child growing up in an Union household is a direct result of the decisions my parents made based upon the support and solidarity they received from the Local Union who supported them."
Donell earned her CA Real Estate License and shortly thereafter entered one of the hardest real estate markets during the Recession of 2007. She established herself as a customer service orientated Realtor in the distressed economy, helping many homeowners through difficult times, balancing the emotional stress and business aspects of short sale negotiation. In 2012, Donell earned her Real Estate Broker's license and set out to create a company that exemplifies the standard of "Clients First." In addition she has earned her Mortgage Loan Officer Endorsement in 2015 to further assist her clients with their home financing needs.
In 2019, Donell established the Loan Brokerage, USH Loans, a dba of Union Strong Homeowners, Inc, in order to expand her ability to serve her clients with all of their home financing needs. She has partnered with numerous banks across the United States, working as her clients’ Loan Broker when it comes to securing the best loan option for her clients’ portfolios. There are so many options out there for borrowers, the possibilities are endless!
Union Strong Homeowners, Inc. not only honors her family legacy, but allows her and the Realtors of the Company to assist many homeowners in accomplishing their dreams of home ownership, whether you are a first-time home buyer or seasoned investor. Donell has established strong relationships with affiliates in the industry-Lenders, Title/Escrow Officers, and Contractors to make the home buying, selling and financing process efficient.
